Rates
We have rates for different levels of photography within each type of photogarphy we do. Regardless of the session type, we will maintain full rights to the images, but will provide full license for you to use and print the images as you see fit.
Senior Portraits
Our standard rate is $150.00 a session. This includes a 2 hour session, with 4 outfit changes, and comes with a disc of the best photos of the session (or digital download if you prefer), with minimal retouching (a few blemishes, etc.). We will have the images on our gallery site with a password for folks who wish to order professional prints directly through us. Any other retouching can be done at $25.00 per hour since this can be done at home and at our convenience.
More time (such as changing the location of the photos), more outfit changes, and more special requests by family will be charged at $50.00 per hour.
Real Estate/Architectural
A standard home (up to 4 bedrooms, and under 3000 square feet) rate is $150.00 a session. Larger properties (those with more features to photograph and process for marketing purposes) will be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, and will be agreed upon at the time the appointment is made. Return visits caused by my not being able to photograph the property (not properly cleaned and staged, locked, etc.) will be a flat $50.00 charge. Twighlight, or other photography services (elevated, etc.) are negotiable. Images will be processed for both MLS, and other print or electronic uses, and will only be available as a digital download from gallery site with full license included in the download.
Engagements
See above. The difference here, is that we will credit the full charge of the engagement photo session if you book the wedding with us.
Weddings
Our standard rate is $1500.00 a session. This includes an 8 hour session and comes with a disc (or digital download if you prefer) of the best photos of the session, with minimal retouching (a few blemishes, etc.). We will have the images on our gallery site with a password for folks who wish to order professional prints directly through use. Any other retouching can be done at $25.00 per hour since this can be done at home and at our convenience.
More time (such as changing the location of the photos), more outfit changes, and more special requests by family will be charged at $50.00 per hour. So a full day of photography will be under $2,000.00 before retouching services. For a wedding, we will cap the retouching charge at $150.00
